I like to read, watch criminal justice shows and movies. I also enjoy softball, bowling, and card games.

education and experience

I am trained in EMDR, Domestic Violence, Heal program and I have had my LADAC for four years. . I received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Arts in Administration Criminal Justice. I also received an Associates Degree from Southwest Michigan College.

I have been with A New Awakening Rio Rancho for 6 months. I worked at Four Winds – Inpatient facility for five and half years. When I lived in Michigan, I worked with the salvation army for five years.

why i am a counselor

I want to help people find their true self through my experiences of life with an addiction, childhood abuse, homelessness, and just life in general I think I have something to offer people in trouble with their addiction. I also want to continue learning more about the Criminal Justice process on the world of drug addiction and I am working on my LPCC.

My goal is to one day own a Transitional housing for women and another one for men, to help them become successful in their lives.
