I have been married for 6 years, I have two grown daughters, and three beautiful grandchildren. I am third oldest of eight siblings, three boys and five girls.
education and experience
I attend New Mexico State University for both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work. I graduated in 1994 and have worked in the field since.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, originally from Las Cruces, NM. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
why i am a counselor
I became a counselor because I like working with people. I like helping people with complex mental health and substance abuse issues.
My goal is to be a good clinical supervisor and work for A New Awakening Rio Rancho as long as I can.
