WHY I AM A COUNSELOR:
This is the path I have chosen because I have learned the value of counseling in my own life, the importance of setting goals, making better choices, being authentic, speaking my own truth, honesty, positive & healthy lifestyle, setting boundaries and self care. This is what I teach and help my clients aspire and work towards to change their lives and learn who they are to contribute all they can to make a better world for themselves and others around them. In my training as a Counselor and as a Therapist I have learned many models and therapeutic methods, however all come to down to one essential task, to become a person.
To be happy, live in the moment, breath and listen with my heart, teach others to open their hearts and listen with their hearts. Build my own practice.
Walking, seeing the beauty in all things, native ways, music, poetry, history, meditation and enjoying my family.
Poetry, jewelry making, experiencing all the beautiful places possible.
